AND1 Africa will be hosting a FIBA 3-on-3 Streetball Tournament in Durban this weekend, from July 28-29.  The venue will be in Howard College and will run from 8AM-6PM for both days.  As indicated in the poster that I’ve shared below, the entrance fees for teams is R50 for Under 18s & R100 for the 18s and Over.  Spectators are free to watch the games.

Sharing a lot of images of Brasil ballers wearing the game gear produced by And1 Brasil for the 2012 Red Bull King Of The Rock Tournament Finals.  Hosted by Max DMN, the finals were held last July 19 in Sao Paulo (Ibirapuera Park).

Among the four semi-finalists (Tikim, C5, Souza, and Leandro), Rocinha Favela-born Leandro Lima aka “The Discreet” won 1^st place and the right to represent Brazil in Alcatraz and a chance to be called this year’s King Of The Rock.

AND1 Germany held a 3x3 basketball competition yesterday, June 23 (Saturday) which was co-presented by “Show Me Your Hoops” in the AND1 Germany warehouse in Radolfzell.  As part of the event, they also included a 3-point shooting contest, plus an appearance/dunk show by Beku BBL Slam Dunk champion and AND1 Germany brand endorser Salu Benjamin Tadi aka “Mr. Hangtime”, with music provided by top spinner DJ Silence (official AND1 Germany DJ).

Hey AND Juans, we’re sharing some more images on what went down in Brasil last weekend during the 2012 Red Bull King Of The Rock (KOTR) tournament which was held for the first time in their country.  As we have posted in our June 18 blog article, AND1 Brasil made the jerseys/game shorts that were used for the tournament (click HERE for the previous post).

Again, we thank AND1 USA for emailing us these exclusive images from last weekend’s event.  As relayed in GloboEsporte.com, a 22-year old baller named Jose Maria Borges Silva aka “Tikim” won against 63 other players in Uberlandia to be the 1^st of 4 Brazilian representatives who will play for the ultimate prize, to represent Brasil in Alcatraz (United States).  Other qualifying rounds will be held in Minas Gerais, Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
