Mabuhay, AND Juans!  Today marks our first online giveaway contest and the prizes will be the AND1 Philippines limited edition baller bands.  Only 100 pieces of these have been produced as giveaways, and now FIVE (5) of these are up at stake.  These aren’t available anywhere and won’t be available for sale.  So how do you get to own one of these baller bands?  Read the details below:

Ø  CONTEST PERIOD: The contest begins at 9 a.m. on June 1, 2012 (Friday) and runs through 8:00 p.m. on June 8, 2012 (Friday).

Ø  ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open only to legal residents of the Philippines who have clicked LIKE on the AND1 Ph Facebook fanpage.  Provincial winners will have to find a way to get their prizes from friends/family/relatives in Metro Manila.   The contest entry must come from a valid Facebook account that has been active for at least three months.

Ø REQUIREMENTS: No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or to win.

Ø  CONTEST RULES:

o   To participate in the contest, log on to Facebook.com, sign in, and proceed to the AND1 Ph fanpage (www.facebook.com/and1ph).

o   Post a picture of yourself wearing a pair of AND1 shoes (primarily) and/or AND1 apparel.  You may include as many AND1 shoes in your collection in the same image (as part of the background) but you will need to wear at least one pair.  Ensure that your face is not covered/obscured from view for proper identification.  Make the image as creative as possible without the need of photo manipulation (photoshopping an image, etc).

o   Once you have posted your entry, get at least eight (8) people to LIKE your photo and the AND1 Ph fanpage.  It should be both, not one or the other.  Ensure that your family and friends have LIKE-d your photo entry and that they have LIKE-d the AND1 Ph FB fanpage too.

o   The theme of the image is “I am AND Juan.”

o   Entrants are limited to one entry per Facebook account only, so make your image count.  Said Facebook account should have already LIKEd the AND1 Ph fanpage.    Alternate entry methods will not be allowed.

o       Five (5) winners will be selected.

o Let’s all have fun, the prizes are not really that expensive but let’s make sure everybody enjoys the contest.

Ø  ODDS: The odds of winning a prize depend on the selection made by AND1 Ph administrators and moderators.  Winners will be selected on June 9-10, 2012 after the contest closes.

Ø   NOTIFICATION: The winners will be announced via AND1 Ph blogsite, Facebook fanpage and on Twitter (@and1ph).  Winners will need to PM AND1 Ph (via Facebook PM) re: pick up of prizes.

Ø  WINNER ACCEPTANCE: The winner may waive his or her right to receive a prize. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable. The winner is solely responsible for the claiming of his/her prize. As a condition of receiving a prize, the winner acknowledges that pick up of the prize is subject to the availability of AND1 Ph representative for meet ups, unless winner is willing to shoulder shipping cost (which is more than the actual cost of the baller bands).

Ø   PARTICIPATION: Participation in the contest constitutes an agreement by each contestant to comply with these Official Rules. AND1 Ph reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if it determines, in its sole discretion, that fraud or technical failures have destroyed the integrity of the contest.

The first batch of And1 Ph baller bands are in youth size (7.5 inches long) and will fit most kids and adults with slim wrists.  Keep this in mind since this batch might be too tight for you and you might want to wait for the next batch of AND1 Ph baller bands (date not yet available though).
